Edina László-Kovács – sociologist, socio policy expert
She is a lecturer and curriculum developer at the Centre of Social Leadership Knowledge at Semmelweis University.
Her teaching interests are ethical organisations, ethical leadership, project management, quality management, development of inter-organisational cooperation.
Her professional interests include service development, processes supporting the development of ethical organisations and network analysis.
She gained her managerial experience as head of an integrated institution for social, child welfare and health care, where she had the opportunity to take part in the development of social and health care services in a small region and to organise cooperation.
In addition, she was also involved in several EU and national projects, pilot projects and pilot schemes for the development of services, infrastructure and prevention, as a professional and project head, curriculum developer and trainer.
She worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of Gál Ferenc University and its predecessors, in the training of social workers, in preparation for professional examinations and in further training in social gerontology.
