Worked in the field of health and social care in psychiatric patient management, in organizational management, as head of the department in the ministry. Practical experience in various fields of health and social services: psychiatric day hospital, psychiatric daycare, developmental education, community care.
The goal of teaching is to strengthen networking among the leaders of social services, to promote and support sustainable, needs-based services.
Additional experience as an advisor, subject matter expert, and team leader in European Union tenders in the social services sector. Areas of expertise: development of an integrated service model, development of labor market services, management training, methodological development of social benefits.
Member of the Social-Kraft research team in Kőszeg, whose research focus is to strengthen social resilience by developing social service providers, creating opportunities for organizational and community innovation by connecting service providers in the Western Transdanubia region.
