She has gained her professional experience in various areas of the public education sector: she has participated in several projects aimed at the development of national services and infrastructure, worked as a data protection officer, was involved in the establishment of regional day cares as a professional consultant, and as a professional representative of kindergartens, she has been the Nógrád County delegate of the National Faculty of Pedagogy since 2021.

She has been involved in the work of the Socio-Kraft group of iASK since 2022; she is involved in the design and implementation of several research projects and is one of the organisers of the 1st and 2nd International Socio Summit.
